In this class we will tackle Mexico's most famous Mole, from the city of Puebla, Mole Poblano. The numerous ingredients the sauce is made from include a variety of dried chiles, nuts, seeds, raisins and more. We will start off the meal with Hibiscus Margaritas (BYO mini Tequila!) and fried corn masa hors d'oeuvre quesadillas with a tomatillo and avocado sauce and finish with a refreshing dessert.

This class is gluten free except for the dessert custard.
