Private Classes
Private classes are available from 1 to 9 participants at our location in Lambertville, NJ or at your own home. The classes are designed around a three course menu which may follow a theme (see below) or a cuisine (see below), using seasonal vegetables and fruits. While we have many sample menus below, we are happy to work with dietary restrictions and specific requests, so feel free to discuss the menu with Shelley at 646-236-0605. The class is 2 hours long followed by a sit down dinner for about 1 ½ hours, BYOB. A suggested 10% cash gratuity upon class completion is appreciated.
Additional Dinner guests (up to 15 people total) are welcome to join, for an additional fee of $85/per person. You can add additional dining-only guests to your checkout cart here.
