Chiles de Nogada, meat stuffed poblano chiles in a walnut sauce with pomegranate seeds, is a classic dish for Mexican independence Day in September. Learn that and other festive Mexican specialties.

Menu:

Corn and zucchini tamales

Chiles en Nogada (contains walnuts and almonds)

Mexican White Rice

Mexican Wedding Cookies (contains pecans and gluten) with fresh fruit

Where: Shelley’s Table, Lambertville, NJ
