ST: Fall Harvest Salads!

Discover new ingredients for vinaigrettes, including black garlic, camembert, and meat juices while we cook our way through these delicious fall salads, many of which make a beautiful presented first course.

Menu:

Warm Green Bean and Shiitake Salad with Crisp Potato Rings

Cooked Beat Carpaccio with Goat Cheese Sauce and Herb Salad

Apple Cider Salad with Melted Camenbert and Croutons

Broccolini with Black Garlic Vinaigrette and crispy crumbs

Potato and Bacon Salad with hardy greens and scallions

Roasted Butternut Squash and Red Onion with Tahini Dressing

Roasted Pears with Cardamom Drizzle, Vanilla Ice Cream

When: October 24th, 10 am to 1:30pm
