In this class we will make 1 involved pasta with homemade noodles and one quick one with purchased noodles. Leave room for the yummy fig tart with homemade ricotta!

Butternut Squash Lasagne (homemade) with Sage Bechamel

Fig and Candied Lemon Tart with Homemade Ricotta and Aniseed
