ST: French Brioche Brunch

When I lived in Paris, my favorite breakfast treat was Pains aux Raisins, a raisin and pastry cream filled treat, similar to cinnamon rolls, but made with Brioche dough. Join me for this brunch class where you will learn not only how to make classic brioche and Pains aux raisins, but also how to make your own herb omelet, oven home fries and maple-pepper bacon. We will start the meal with a fruit mimosa (bring your own bubbly) and end with a sunrise fruit salad.
