In this class for kids 10-15 we will make learn how to make pastry dough and sweet and savory fillings. Each child will take home a 5-inch Vegetable Quiche with Broccoli or mushrooms, cheese, and an egg and cream custard, and a 5-inch Blueberry Lattice Pie.
