ST: Knife Skills

You know you need this! A must do class if you want to make cooking more fun and approachable. In this class you will learn how to sharpen and use a chefs knife and a paring knife. We will cover many cutting techniques with vegetables and fruit while making the dishes in the follow menu. 

MENU:
Gazpacho
Lentils with Caramelized Onions 
Celery and Apple Salad with Almonds and Parmesan 
Fresh Orange Dessert with candied Orange Zest, Grand Marnier, and Chocolate

When: June 29th, 1-4:30pm
