Shelley's Table Testing Dinner ~ Umbria 1

In this series of testing dinners, Shelley will be developing new recipes for classes. In order to do so, she is charging enough to cover her costs and a dishwashing assistant. You can sign up for one of 7 paid places (6-8pm, BYOB), or two volunteer cooking assistants places (2pm to 8pm, BYOB)

2 volunteer cooking assistants: 2pm start, dinner included

Open to 7 paying guests: 6pm to 8pm cooking class

Homemade Frascarelli with tomato sauce

Roasted Chicken Thighs with Herb Marinade

Seasonal vegetables

Umbrian Tozzetti and Rasberry Sorbet

Guests: $40 (7 spots)

Assistant: Volunteer, 2-6pm + dinner (2 spots)
