This class is a must do to improve your day to day experience in the kitchen! After learning how to hone and sharpen a chefs knife and paring knife, we will chop, slice, dice and julienne our way through a variety of vegetables and fruits to create a three course meal to enjoy at the end. This class is great for vegetarians!
