Natirar: Chicken Beak to Tail

In this hands on class we will be butchering chickens into their separate parts and making different dishes with all of them. This class is held at Natirar cooking school in Peapack, NJ. 

In this class each student will have the chance to break down half a chicken, then we will make dishes with each part together
