Continue your 4th of July celebrations with a brioche brunch!! Join Shelley to learn how to make brioche dough the easy way—in a standing mixer! We will prepare a few small classic brioches a tete, and make Pains aux Raisins (raisin swirls) as well. To fill out the brunch we will make either individual herb omelets or a summer egg roulade, thick maple glazed bacon, oven home fries, and a fresh melon mixture for mimosas (BYO Bubbly).

When: Sunday, July 6th, 11 am - 2pm
