ST: Kids Cooking Class, Knife Skills, Ages 11-15

Kids ages 11-15 will learn how to sharpen and use a chef's knife and a paring knife (They may bring them or use ones available in class). Many different vegetable cutting techniques will be taught as we make a vegetarian meal to enjoy at the end of class.

Lentils with Caramelized Onions

Celery and Apple Salad with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan

Fresh Orange Dessert with Candied Orange Zest
