Shelley developed the Thai Spiced Watermelon Soup while working for Gourmet Magazine, and she perfected her namesake Tart Shelton while living in Paris. Learn an easy sous vide technique (no equipment but a thermometer needed) with the Cod dish Shelley adapted from Chef Laurent Gras in New York. Together they make a splendid summer meal!
