NAT: Cheesemaking

In this class hosted at Natirar we will make 3 kinds of fresh cheese: ricotta, goat cheese, and mozzarella as well as crème fraîche. Then we will create several dishes using the cheeses!

French Lentils with Spice Roasted Carrots and Créme Fraîche

Quick Ricotta Ravioli with Raw Tomato Sauce

Peaches with Ricotta and Rosemary Honey
