ST: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo With Modern Mexican Cooking

Curiously, Cinco de Mayo, the commemoration of the Battle of Puebla, is celebrated here in the US more than in Mexico…but who minds an excuse for a party?! Let’s celebrate with a menu of modern Mexican dishes inspired by Chef Enrique Olvera of Mexico City. This class is held in Lambertville, NJ.
