Love to Cook or just Love to Eat? Your choice at Shelley's Table at home in Lambertville. We have room in the kitchen for 6 cooks to work with Shelley from 6pm ($125) and learn all the recipes. But we have a big table in a lovely setting, so if you'd just like to join for dinner ($75) there are 4 more spaces for that, starting at 8pm. The class/dinner is BYOB.
In this class we will make 3 kinds of Cheeses: Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Fresh Goat Cheese. Then we will take the best of July produce to make a 4 course vegetarian meal with the cheeses!
Market menu will be decided before the class.
