ST: Spring Pastas!

Spring has arrived! Let’s make some homemade spring pastas. If Rhubarb is available we will make a dessert pasta as well. This class will be held in Lambertville, NJ.

Menu:

Homemade Pea and Parmesan Ravioli with Sugar Snaps and Lemon-Olive Vinaigrette

Homemade Spaghetti with Roasted Wild Mushrooms and Steamed Asparagus

Beurre Blanc Sauce

Green Salad

Hungarian Rhubarb Dumplings or Lemon Mousse (if Rhubarb is not available)

Limit: 6 cooks
