ST: Knife Skills, Vegetarian Cooking

Get ready for summer cooking! You will learn to sharpen and handle a chefs knife and paring knife (bring your own to sharpen!) and get lots of practice chopping, slicing, julienning and more as we prepare several vegetarian dishes to enjoy at the end of class.
