ST: Knife Skills

Get set for winter cooking with this knife skills class. You will learn to sharpen and handle a chefs knife and paring knife (bring your own to sharpen!) and get lots of practice chopping, slicing, julienning and more as we prepare several vegetarian dishes to enjoy at the end of class.

Minestrone
Lentils with caramelized onions
Celery and apple salad with sliced almonds
Fresh orange supremes with candied orange zest and shaved chocolate
