ST: Kids Class ~ Tacos!

Kids (ages 10-14) will learn how to make corn tortillas from scratch and make a chicken taco filling (vegetarians can have refried bean tacos). To fill out the tacos we will make refried beans, guacamole, and tomatillo salsa. For dessert we will make Mexican wedding cookies. The kids will eat their meal at the end of the cooking portion of the class.
