ST: Indian Brunch ~ Dosa Class!

Take a trip to Southern India without leaving town! These amazing and gluten free Indian pancakes are made from fermented rice and lentils that are ground up to make a batter. they are then stuffed with an Indian potato concoction and served with a couple of different chutneys. We will also enjoy a hot drink of Kashmiri Masala Chai, hot milk tea seasoned with cardamom and ground pistachios and a dessert of small pearl tapioca.
