From a vegetarian vegetable terrine that can be eaten warm or chilled, to a divine Borscht Horseradish Terrine with nuggets of meat, to a dessert semifreddo that can be frozen weeks in advance. We will enjoy a three course meal of the terrines (Shelley will make advance versions where necessary) at the end of class, BYOB.
