Join Chef Shelley Wiseman at Shelley’s Table at Home for this French Basics class. Making a proper veal stock takes you most of the way home for making great French sauces, Stews and soups. We will start one from the beginning and have another one made ahead to create a French Onion Soup and a couple of steak sauces.
