ST: Adult Knife Skills

In this class we will cover many knife techniques starting with a review of what each kind of knife is called, what it is used for, and how to sharpen and hone them. We will concentrate primarily on chef knives and paring knives for the cutting techniques covered. This menu is suitable for vegetarians as well as meat eaters!
