ABH: Mexican ~ Shrimp in Pumpkin Seed Sauce

Mexican cooking is a sauce heavy cuisine. Think salsas, mole and yes, Guacamole (avocado "mole") which can be thick for scooping or thin like a sauce. In this class we will focus on sauces as we make the following three course meal.
